1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and booking with Orbit & Oak, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our retreat is a highly specialized environment requiring strict adherence to our sanctuary guidelines.

2. Booking & Cancellation

Due to the exclusive nature of our glass-domed cabins, all reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival forfeit the entire booking cost.

3. Site Rules & Decorum

Orbit & Oak is a designated quiet zone. Guests are expected to maintain low noise levels. Unapproved light-emitting devices (flashlights, bright screens) outside of cabins are strictly prohibited to preserve the dark-sky environment.

4. Liability

While we provide a luxurious and safe environment, guests acknowledge that Orbit & Oak is located in a natural, wild forest setting. The retreat is not liable for natural occurrences or wildlife interactions.
